Welcome to FieldBee! We're thrilled to have you as a valued customer. We want to make sure your shopping experience with us is as smooth and transparent as possible. This document sets out the shipping policy, which outlines the order processing times, shipping options, costs, and what to do in case of returns, refunds, order edits, replacements, or issues with lost or damaged orders.

Order Processing Time

Our standard order processing time is 14- 28 days from the date of your order. However, please note that other terms can be applicable depending on marketing campaigns. You will be notified before the purchase.

Shipping Options

We offer both domestic and international shipping options to accommodate our global customer base. Domestic deliveries within the EU are handled mostly through DPD postal services, while international shipments are managed mostly by UPS postal services.

Please be aware that international shipping may incur additional customs fees and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on your location, weight and size of the items in your order. To provide you with pricing, we have an approximate shipping cost table that varies by country and weight of the package.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our dedicated Return Policy for detailed information on how to initiate a return

Refunds

If you're eligible for a refund, we will process it within up to 14 days after receiving your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Order Edits

If you need to make changes to your order after it's been placed, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but order edits are subject to item availability and order processing status.

Replacements

We're happy to facilitate replacements if you receive a defective or incorrect item. Contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the replacement process.

Lost or Damaged Orders

In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. If your parcel is lost - please let us know as soon as possible. Our support team will do their best to resolve the issue promptly.

While we strive to provide the best shipping experience, there may be instances when orders take longer to arrive due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
